"ZEROING IN ON COSMOLOGICAL PARAMETERS"
I describe the sharp constraints on cosmological parameters placed by recent
measurements of the cosmic microwave background, distant supernovae, galaxy
clustering, etc., and how different types of measurements now allow powerful
cross-checks to be made. I also comment on outstanding puzzles in the emerging
cosmological "standard model'' and upcoming measurements that may resolve
them.
