"Titan from Cassini-Huygens: A Once and Future Earth?"

The Cassini-Huygens mission has revealed Titan to be a world of complex
geology and weather, with a methane hydrological cycle involving lakes,
rivers, and rain. Though the materials are exotic, the processes are
not, and in fact Titan may have the most Earth-like balance of geologic
and meteorological processes in the solar system. As such Titan has much
to teach us about the Earth's ancient past, before life began, and the
distant future when our oceans will be lost to space in the glare of a
brightening Sun.
